Crash near Savage Hospitalizes Dexter Woman
Mrs. N. S. Jacobsen of Dexter is in Swedish hospital Minneapolis under observation after a head injury from a two car crash four miles east of Savage at about 7 p.m. Saturday. Dexter Postmaster Bert Myhre and Mrs. Myhre escaped serious injury. their car wrecked and they returned home shaken but uninjured. Mrs. Jacobsen is expected to be released Friday if no complications arise.

An explosion and fire at the Interstate Power Co. plant in Albert Lea cut electricity for eight hours across Albert Lea and eight nearby communities.
