Clint Earl Marx 16 of 5507 Burnet Road suffered a fractured right leg and multiple cuts while Mrs John E Ross of 2100 Payne Street sustained hip injuries and hand lacerations.
A blue tailed female monkey escaped at an Indianapolis drive in theater last Thursday and roamed the screen tower chasing pigeons. On Sunday she reappeared near the theater owner s home prompting a capture attempt with a burlap sack and wire screamer. She returned to her cage and bickered with her mate who tried to swipe a banana.

Taft and Lucas signaled willingness to negotiate on major issues as the session nears adjournment. Key items include omnibus appropriations, foreign arms aid, social security expansion, and tax cuts, with FEPC and ITO debates shaping the outcome.
Bergstrom Air Force Base officials said the Saturday F-84E jet crash cause will likely stay secret for security reasons. Lt Edwin H. Mrs. Jo Alice Raper, 23, wife of Officer C. W. Raper, was released unharmed at a suburban filling station in Oklahoma City after being held captive by two men for about a day. Eight children die and four are missing when a foot bridge on a canal at Cavarzere near Venice collapses during a church procession. Fifty children and others on the bridge plunge into the canal as the structure gives way and the crowd is thrown into the water.
