Truck driver injured as train hits oil field truck
In Guymon Oklahoma a 28 year old Kermit Texas truck driver Nerschel Hammon was critically injured when his seven ton oil field equipment laden truck was struck by a speeding Rock Island passenger train at a crossing. He suffered a fractured skull and was hospitalized after the derailed diesel engine incident. None of the train passengers were hurt.
