Two services will be held at Gethsemane Ev. Lutheran Church this Sunday. At 10 a m Rev J E Chester will preach The Two Ways. At 11 a m Rev George W Wahlin of Miami Fla will speak on Christian Experience in Four Directions with Miss Martha Gustafson as soloist.
The Free Church Youth conference closes at Luther League Park Round Rock with Sunday School at 10 a m and morning service at 11 a m in the Evangelical Free Church. Pastor Rosell will be the speaker.
The East Avenue Baptist Church will hear Rev. Joe E. Love deliver a sermon titled Recipe For Happiness at 11 am Sunday. Mrs. Ray Brown is soloist for special music and Walter Davis directs congregational singing. An 8 pm lawn service follows. The message centers on National Defense.
The Rev. Gerhard S. Kuhlmann of Texas Lutheran College Seguin will deliver the message Sunday at 10:45 a.m. during worship at St. John's Lutheran Church. Services are held in the Austin Theater at 2130 South Congress Avenue.

The Rev. Frederick Brazier, retired priest, will be the celebrant at the 8 a.m. Holy Eucharist at All Saints Episcopal Church on Sunday. Sr. W. J. Battle will lead morning prayer at 11 and present the second in a two part discourse. Holy Eucharist is also at 10 a.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. Friday. University Baptist Church will feature two guest ministers at 11 a m and 8 p m services. The 11 a m speaker is Rev C Ellis Nelson of Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary. The 8 p m speaker is Dr James I McCord, dean of the seminary. Dr McCord will discuss Deaths Illumination of Life.

The Rev. F. G. Roesener at St. Martin's Lutheran will baptise five adults and confirm nine in the 11 a.m. service, while five others join church membership along with four children. He will preach "Follow Me" before a 7:30 p.m. business meeting replaces the evening service.

Dr Pauli Cullen, medical missionary to Africa, will be guest speaker at Hyde Park Baptist Church Sunday at 8 p m with Mrs Cullen. The couple were elected SBC missionaries and plan to sail to Nigeria in August. Dr Cullen, San Antonio native, holds a Baylor MD and Southwestern Seminary degree.
The Rev Lawrence W Bush will discuss "Is Virtue Its Own Reward" at University Christian Church Sunday at 10 45 am. Music directed by T H Worthington. Elynor Rose Jarosek will sing "I Walked Today Where Jesus Walked" by O Hara.
