Another Part of the Forest at Austin Civic Theater

The Austin Civic Theater continues with Lillian Hellman's Another Part of the Forest at Hancock Recreation Center. Douglas Kinser and Jan Edgerton lead a strong cast in this pre Civil War Hubbard family saga filled with ambition and deceit. The review praises Hellman as a skilled writer and Mel Pape's direction while noting intense but unlikable characters and strong performances by Karl Rongo Joe Bill Hogan and Faye Loyd.
