Ancient graves mark early Indiana history in Wilmington
In Wilmington's public cemetery older graves attract attention. The oldest inscribed stone marks Benjamin F Powell born 1757 died October 3 1817 aged 60. Other graves with earlier dates lack inscriptions for verification. Reverend J Jenkins of Moorese Hill delivered a lecture in the area.
