Funeral of Mrs Pay Smith of Cherokee Held Here

Mrs Fay Smith daughter of Wm Reckoff of this place died at her Cherokee home after a long illness. Born October 30 1895 in Buena Vista county Iowa she was 33 years 8 months and 19 days old at death on June 17 1929. She married Franklin Fay Smith October 27 1915 and they had one daughter Joy Faye. She is survived by her husband daughter father four brothers three sisters and many relatives. Funeral services were held in Cherokee and Aurelia with burial in Aurelia cemetery.
