A group was selected to work August 6 from 6:00 to 8:00 at the fair to oversee exhibits. Cherrine Korleski delivered a talk on How to Judge Bread, followed by Janice Hanson and June Whitney presenting a Making a Quick Bread demonstration.
The Aurelia Community School District board in Cherokee and Buena Vista counties will meet July 27, 1964 at 7:30 P.M. in Aurelia Iowa to hear taxpayers on the proposed expenditures for the year July 1 1964 to June 30 1965. A detailed receipts and disbursements statement will be available at the meeting.
