The 1989 corn loan maturing Aug 1 1940 requires storage consent until Oct 15 1940. Shelled corn from this year’s crop cannot be sealed. 1939 crop must be in the car. Maximum moisture 20 percent in cribs within county width guidelines from 6 to 9 feet, with wider cribs allowed if moisture drops 1 percent per extra foot. Temporary cribs allowed if sturdy and storage for at least 2 years. Sealing for 1937 or 1988 shelled corn not permitted. 1987 or 1938 corn not under any loan cannot be sealed.
