Mrs. Sarah A Adsit, 88, longtime Cherokee County resident, died Tuesday afternoon at her Magnetite Avenue home after a fall caused a hip fracture last August left her in bed. Chief notes the death as a significant local elder. In other news, blacksmith shop on Maple and Fifth Street changed hands to A F Peters, who will operate welding business with helpers. The Andersons did not announce future plans.
