Treasury notice on reimbursement of converted Six Per Cent Stock
The Treasury Department announces the reimbursement of principal on certificates of converted stock created by earlier acts. Provisions set January 1, 1812 as the repayment date to stock owners or their legal representatives. Transfers after December 1 are not allowed, and interest will cease the day before reimbursement. Schedule lists certificate numbers and amounts.
