Proclamation in Georgia offers reward for Collin Graham
Gov David B Mitchell issues a two hundred fifty dollar reward for Collin Graham of Camden County. He is wanted for the murder of Gabriel Clement in Wayne County. Officers are directed to aid apprehension and confinement in any jail in the state. Milledgeville storehouse October 28, 1813. ABNER HAMMOND Secretary of State.

A notice describes a January 19 raid by 36 armed men calling themselves Patriots who seized the subscriber and abducted 36 enslaved people including Dick and Silvia. It lists numerous enslaved names with ages and conditions, names alleged as plunderers, and rewards of twenty dollars per capture with delivery to the subscriber.
