Johnson and Kunze of Augusta are the addressed parties. Robert Johnson of Sweetwater and Colum John M Kunze of Augusta receive letters directed to either and will be attended to on March 22.
All persons having demands against the estate of John I Tobler late Beach-Hiaid South Carolina deceased are requested to present their accounts for settlement and those indebted to said estate are asked to pay to the subscribers. J. Sturzenegger Adm. X date March 42.
The court will selling at Washington Court House on the first Tuesday in April between usual hours 603 acres more or less second quality land in Wilkes County near John Robertson, belonging to George Woodruff to satisfy an execution from the Sixth Circuit Court District of Georgia in favor of Alexander Leckie. Anderson Abercrombie D.M.D.G. March 8.
A large bay horse, about 15 hands high and six or seven years old, strayed from Zachariah Walgains’s Augusta plantation around January. The horse has a tar and whip scar on the forehead, a left nostril scar, a very small bath on the tail, and new brands. Reward offered and information welcomed.
RESPECTFULLY informs citizens that he continues to operate the tailoring business at the corner of Washington and Reynold streets in Augusta. He expresses gratitude for past support and pledges continued affluence and diligent service to merit.

A reward is offered for his apprehension and delivery to Edgefield District jail, South Carolina, fifteen miles above Augusta, with all expenses paid.
Nine months after date, petition to the inferior court of Elbert County to grant leave to sell multiple lands in Elbert and Baldwin counties. Tracts include 206 acres adjoining James Carter, 576 12 acres adjoining the above, 100 acres adjoining Higginbotham, 16 acres with Bend, and three acres with Dudley. Also one tract in Baldwin County, three in Elbert town lots, as estate of Thomas Carter late of Elbert. Proceeds for estate creditors. Signed Thomas S Carter and Charles Carter. September 29, 18re.
