Notice of loan stock exchange and subscription terms
The Georgia office announces subscriptions opened July 1 1807 through March 17 1808 for old six percent deferred six percent and three percent stocks. Subscribers receive new six percent stock equal to surrendered amounts and certain fractions of three percent stock, with redemption conditions and premium adjustments. Provisions allow European residents to receive interest in the United States or London Amsterdam with broker commission.
