A passenger aboard the Two Friends from Gravesend reports London papers to April 11. Prussian vessels face detentions at Beirith ports, with Hamburgh Danish and Bremen ships also held. Britain may blockade continental ports and detain vessels bound for France Spain or Holland. Karl Macartney died in England on April 7.
