He is about 5 feet 8 inches, slender with thick lips and missing fore-teeth, wore a blue jacket and pants and sometimes a blue coat. He speaks broken English and recently arrived from Africa. Deliver him to N. Delaigle or lodge him in jail for the reward and expenses. February 26.
