A tolerable framed dwelling with out buildings and an orchard of about four hundred peach and other fruit trees. Located on the road suitable for a tavern or country store. On March 30 at the plantation of Michael James M'Neil the real estate of the deceased will be sold for heirs and creditors. The parcels include 100, 200, 299, and 17 acres plus a moiety of 1 1/2 acres near Savannah river, with various adjoining neighbors, and 750 and 1725 acres in Green and Oglethorpe counties. Terms: twelve months credit with bond and mortgage on the premises. some Columbia county lands retained until January 1 next. Also 287 acres in Green county sold at same place on similar terms. agents listed.
