March sale of two Burke land tracts and Wiltinsor parcel
On the third Monday in March next a sale will occur at the court-house in Waynesborough of two land tracts in Burke county totaling about 214 acres and a Wiltinsor county parcel of 202.5 acres. The properties belong to Frederick Dukes estate and other heirs and creditors are listed. Also notices advertise lottery tickets from Union College Lottery starting April, with three prizes of 25,000 dollars each.
