List of Defaulters in Columbia County 1804 Districts

A colonial era roster lists names of defaulters across multiple districts in Columbia County for the year 1804. Captains Whiteond Moorie Wittin and others preside over districts No 1 through No 11. The list includes Randall Averet Alexander Allison Beal Oates Pope Youngblood Usderwood Mof James Shannon Geeria Blackwell and many more with district affiliations and numbered groupings. The document is dated December 19 and signed by Magruder.

Marshall's Sale. January Auction in Louisville

A public sale at the Market House in Louisville will auction thirty four enslaved people by Abbey Chloe Judy Eve and others with household goods and farming equipment. The sale includes town property in Louisville with improvements and a tract of 2024 acres in Willigloo county tied to Dr Michael Burke to satisfy debts to McIore and others. George W Moore announces the sale dated December 19 1834.
