The notice states a tract of land on the Boggy fork of Spirit Creek is subject to debts of the estate of Benjamin Davis. A deed conveying the property to A. T Belloule is in possession, registered for creditors of the estate, with jurisdiction in Rich County.
A negro boy about 18 with Arve pantaloons and a short round coat of color claims to belong to the estate of Thomas Tolbert of Beaufort South Carolina. The owner is asked to come, identify, pay charges, and take him away. Jail notice dated December 26.

Reward offered for a runaway named Jack described as five feet seven inches tall with a high yellow complexion. He wore a white plaited jacket and drab breeches with red trim, and left from James Vinty’s property in Greene County likely toward Savannah.
