Mr Colmefnil informs residents of Augusta and nearby areas that he will teach dancing this season and has closed his school for a time. Parents are urged to enroll children for genteel instruction as he promises attentive progress. Subscription opens February 2 with a reduced rate for scholars. January 28. STN (tf)
The Yockey Club announces racing to begin the last Wednesday in February open to any rider from anywhere. Three day event with purses of 300 dollars for three mile heats, 200 dollars for two mile heats, and a third day sweep for entrance money and returns. Weights and rules follow established guidelines, issued by the President.
The subscribers urge old customers to settle arrears immediately and liquidate accounts with partial payments. They warn no further indulgence for those in arrears, except those previously extended credit. thanks are given for prior support and commitment to supply goods on moderate terms. January 28.
