On Saturday the 16th day of January next at the late residence in Edgefield District James Lamardes lands will be sold. The property includes 80 acres of low ground on Horse Creek with ten acres of upland, plus 930 acres of cultivated land on the opposite creek side with a dwelling house outbuildings and improvements. Reward offered for the apprehension of Henry Sudduoth an apprentice boy about 17 years old with tight hair and knock-kneed who has absconded from the subscriber in Gowisi da county. Harborage or delivery to the finder will earn the reward, with the law to be strictly enforced. December month unspecified.
Thomas Phelan of Columbia County notes years ago he signed a deed to land held by Richard Moore and James Moore but omitted Richard’s name, claims no fraud between brothers, and forbids any suit in his name to avoid costs. He states Richard Moore and heirs of James Moore must settle the matter and come forward for their conveyances. Dec 26.

A sheriff sale will occur on the first Thursday in February between 10 AM and 3 PM. It covers 235 acres of land in Franklin County on the middle and north forks of Broad River, granted to Robert Gathry and Joseph Bond, including the premises where William Bond resides. The land is taken as the property of William Bond to satisfy James Hooper, with cash as the payment condition. December 26.
On February 15 1808 a public sale will occur in Augusta for bonds and notes held by the subscriber and others in Georgia and upper South Carolina who have not paid.
