Hog Cholera Serum Plant Planned Near Williamsport
Ray W. Fleming and Purdue University professor Hermen H. Madaus form a partnership to manufacture hog cholera serum at Williamsport. They rent Mathis barn in the ravine east of Williamsport falls on ten surrounding acres and plan to sell vaccine serum to hog raisers in the two counties. Warren Pioneer Dies in West Lebanon At 87
Bolivar Robb, a well known Warren county pioneer, died Tuesday at his home in West Lebanon at age 87. He was prominent in local affairs and is survived by his wife. The funeral was held at 2 PM Wednesday at the Christian church in West Lebanon with Rev. R. N. Phillips officiating.

Bartindale Sentenced to Five Years in Minnesota Penitentiary
Geo. B. Bartindale Otterbein deputy postmaster pleaded guilty in Indianapolis last Saturday. Judge Anderson sentenced him to five years at Stillwater Minnesota federal penitentiary. He is the first Indiana convict sent there under the new order replacing Leavenworth due to crowding. Attica marked the 27th anniversary of the cyclone that damaged the river wagon bridge and many homes, with Brady and Haller displaying disaster photos. Lafayette residents Joy Jamison and Max McCullough survived a high speed overland roadster crash on the levee near the city while a second buggy accident injured Mrs. Minor Crone and Mrs. Jacob Brandenburg. Surreal Warren County Car Crash Ends With Few Injuries

National ball team canceled due to grounds lease issues

Former Pastor to Lecture Here on Mission Work

Trial is on Again in Peru over stallion sale
Attorney Milford spent the week in Peru pursuing a long-running suit against a county resident who bought a stallion from A. P. Nave and refused payment after the animal died. The case has been to the supreme court twice, with the lower court ruling against Nave reversed on errors and sent back for retrial. Francis Loges, daughter of Mr and Mrs Joe Loges of Lafayette, is seriously ill with appendicitis at home. Mrs Loges is John Herrick's sister.
