Death of Dr. Peck in Richmond Indiana

Dr. Robertson I. Peck died suddenly of pneumonia at his Richmond Indiana home last Friday. He had lived in Atlantic for a period and married Maud Ritchie here. His father, Dr. W. Peck, a noted surgeon, died years ago and his widow has lived in Washington, D C, where she was recently elected president of the Woman's National Association.

Council Dr Peck graduate’s diverse paths traced

The younger Dr. Peck graduated from the state university of Iowa in 1992. He then studied two years at a medical university in Vienna and practiced in Hamburg, Germany. The remains were buried at his Davenport home, with farm loan ads and a tax of thanks to reflect community ties.

Missionary Convention at Atlantic Methodist Church

The Atlantic missionary convention at the Methodist church drew a modest attendance yet featured a note of faith and effort. Rev. Wm. Mercer led a song service, Rev. W H Shipman spoke against objections to missions, and Rev. T J Ream urged support. The meeting closed with Rev J W Neeley’s outlook address. Chamberlain's Pain Balm is recommended by a sufferer.
