Flood Devastates Cass County Creek Valley Homes Bridges
A historic Cass County flood struck after a day of light rain. Water from the hills pouring into Lull Creek Valley caused barns, outbuildings, and bridges to be demolished. Losses were estimated at $3,000 with at least five bridges ruined and relief funds proposed to aid residents.
