Was it an elopement in Atlantic case

Des Moines police arrested Ira Hubbell in the early hours on a charge tied to a presumed elopement with his 18 year old daughter. Hubbell, ex-lumber company worker, was released after a brief examination. The daughter had left Atlantic with Hubbell, stayed a night in Des Moines, then traveled to Marshalltown where she worked as a stenographer.
