Sunday Musical Day At Atlantic Churches Draws Crowds
Sunday brought three fine Christmas concerts in Atlantic at Congregational Presbyterian and Methodist churches. The Congregational service featured a strong choir with solos and duets, a male quartet, a violin duet, and orchestra work under Mrs Cavenaugh. The Presbyterian program began at 4 pm with choral pieces and solos, and the Methodist choir closed the day with a noted concert. The audience praised the performances, noting the choir's long tenure and the high quality of singing across all venues. The event raised about $10 in offertory.
