Also promoted are DeWitts Witch Hazel Salve for burns piles and sores and DeWitts Little Early Risers for indigestion and constipation. Four thousand delegates of the United Presbyterian Young People's Christian Union gather in Omaha for the convention. Officers named include John G. Quay as president and Mary Porter Kyle as secretary. A notable opening featured a quiet session and an address on the Practice of the Presence of God by Prof. W. W. Early today a furnace explosion at Edgar Thompson steel works burned ten workers, three seriously. Names named include Mike Strakow John Larvick and John Dusma. Flames struck head body and feet but all are expected to recover. Cause was molten iron striking a water pool. furnace damage minimal.
