Fifteen years ago today a dispute between Frank Nebe and Mayor McWard over dog licenses unfolds. A sheriff sale is conducted on a judgment from October 10, 1916, in Cass County Iowa. Christian Nave as administrator of Henry Nave’s estate sues Albert Kuske for 193.98 dollars with 47.82 costs and accruing costs. Real estate described as Lot 23 and other lots, conveyed by Kuske to R C Griffith, is levied to satisfy the judgment.
