President Wilson Orator at Arlington Confederate Monument
At Arlington National Cemetery President Wilson spoke amid a thunderstorm unveiling a Confederate dead memorial. Daisy McLauren Stevens presented the monument on behalf of the United Daughters of the Confederacy as flags of the Confederacy and the Stars and Stripes draped the monument and speakers’ stand.
