Labor union officials face up to 39 years in prison
Indianapolis reports thirty eight labor union officials convicted of conspiracy in the McNamara dynamite plots may face terms from minimum to a possible 39.5 years. Sentences could be delayed as motions are argued. Officials seek bonds pending appeal while counsel for the defendants expects reversals. The case centers on plots formed in the International Association of Bridge and Structural Iron Workers offices near the county jail. Two acquittals were recorded from forty officials on trial.

The ouster petition by Attorney General Coss on against all board members was filed with Clerk Fleming. The defense shifts to John Currah Fifth district who remains one year to serve. The petition cites willful neglect willful misconduct and maladministration and corruption.
