ANOTHER CHANCE FOR KELLY IN IOWA SUPREME COURT
Des Moines reports that Dr. Harry B. Kelly of Council Bluffs will have his case against Ed Storzing’s killing reviewed by the Iowa Supreme Court this week. Kelly, imprisoned at Anamosa, is healthy and considered sane, with a Polk county manslaughter conviction and an indeterminate sentence.
