Grand Council open session at 4 30 am, 10 30 am business, 1 30 pm ceremonial, parade led by W B Emerson, reception at Minkbine home, 8 pm musical program, 9 pm U T Ball, late banquet attendant services, and Grand Council business sessions to finish.
