North Dakota Visit For Kenyon While Bankruptcy Hearing Held
N R Kenyon left for North Dakota to visit sons Milo and Bert and help with harvest then plan hunting and fishing outing. Meanwhile a bankruptcy hearing faced absence by creditors in Des Moines as J B Wagner of Ankeny was arrested for carrying concealed weapons and threatening Hough. Wagner pleaded not guilty and posted bond for grand jury appearance.
