Parliament's Joseph Hill Hall of Bibb a strong Georgia figure

In session the Hon. Joseph Hill Hall is admired for steadiness and skill. A constitutional lawyer, he stands high among Georgia's bar and in the General Assembly. He favors cautious, sometimes unpopular stands and uses filibuster as tactic when needed, but condemns it when used against him. His influence spans Bibb county and beyond.
