Watson and Mercer in feud over Boyd estate heirs
In Georgia and Alabama a chain of accusations follows a Boyd estate settlement. John F. Stoudenmire defends Watson against Mercer as heirs recall alleged wrongs. The case centers on an $18,000 settlement and a contentious lawsuit that drew threats of violence amid disputed fees and conduct. In Turnersville, GA, Striblin brothers block a railway power line with guns, seeking injunctive relief and challenging right of way over land including a minor’s deeded property.
