Gallant Georgia social season spans weddings and tech proves

Governor and Mrs Brown hosted a reception at the Executive Mansion for Georgia Tech graduates and alumni with Governor-elect Slaton in attendance. The event featured Tech pennants greenery yellow and white flowers, and a silver gift to Governor Brown from the No Guard of Georgia. Married life highlights include Cooley-Armstrong nuptials at DeLeon Avenue with a garden party breakfast and pink deco. A busy slate of recitals dances and bridge parties follows as students, families, and society figures gather across Atlanta.
