Swiss complaints filed through the Swiss consul allege he promoted gold brick schemes and swindles unseen in Europe. Bauder allegedly sold stands mines stock and railway shares as head of Austin Manhattan Consolidated Mining Co. He returned to Switzerland and offered large deposits at Basel and Zurich banks.

November not June wedding in bigamy case
Ivey Davis alias Ivey York a Street car conductor is indicted for bigamy after allegedly marrying Eva Whitten in November 1911 and Grace Bradshaw in November 1912. A kinsman of Grace Bradshaw from Eagan Ga. testified to the marriages and Davis was arrested by Deputy Sheriff Minor before the grand jury. His second wife Eva Whitten Davis could not be located in Atlanta.
