Runaway Crash Injures Two Girls At Mt Airy
Miss Maude Muller daughter of F L Muller of Lakewood avenue and McDonough road lies in serious condition at Tabernacle infirmary after a runaway at Mt Airy on the Tallulah Falls railroad. Miss Louise Murphey of Charlotte N Y sustained slight injuries and returned home for medical care. The horse was frightened when a hat blew off, ran downhill and threw Muller. Muller's leg and knee were damaged, left arm broken and teeth knocked out, with head and face injuries. The horse was shot. Doctors and relatives transported Muller to Atlanta for treatment. an operation occurred at noon today.
