William H. Felton a three term congressman and four term Georgia legislator and noted advocate of medical education died at his Cartersville home after a paralysis and acute indigestion. He was 87 and a Methodist preacher for sixty years, with survivors including his wife and son Dr Howard Felton. Funeral planned at the Methodist church as relatives gathered.
