Rear Admiral Watson forwards a brief account of the Subig Bay engagement from Manila. Yaquis Badly Defeated in Mexican Attacks Near Vicam and Lake Zameca

Official dispatches report two battles between Yaquis and Mexican forces. Ex convict Big Doc Dougherty to be released

Daniel F Dougherty also known as Big Doc, an American bank robber and murderer, is to be released from Manchester prison on Friday. James Lynch, a noted burglar and diamond robber who fled the penitentiary, was captured today at Shepard's station near Columbus.
