A Savannah era piece reports extensive committee orders for meetings in LaFayette Walker county and Jacksonville with dates in September and October. It levelingly denounces Radical newspapers like Augusta Republican, denounces Governor’s proclamations, and quotes letters from Col. Wilbur and Col. Winston amid a DeKalb Davenport gathering favoring Seymour and Blair in November.
