Landauer Dies in Canebrake Near Atlanta

Sigmund Landauer president of the Southern Agricultural Works was found dying in a canebrake along the Chatta hoochee river after an overdose of morphine. He was about 55 and had left home yesterday afternoon. Family and friends question suicide, saying his health and finances were fine. The body was taken to Patterson's parlors and later to his residence.
