Arms of Mrs Monk Crushed In Midway Park Accident

At Exposition park a construction car from Atlanta Railway and Power Company knocked three people from a 50 foot trestle injuring Mrs. Isaac Monk severely. Her arms were crushed and amputated. her husband Isaac Monk and Cora Cross were injured. Police and ambulances responded. the scene also saw wild animal cages derailed and escaped hyenas and a leopard recaptured after an hour, amid a frightened crowd.
