Attorneys for the Pullman company announced orders to enforce exclusions, with a southern agents meeting to discuss a general order.

At the Atlanta tig circus yesterday a spree of robberies struck crowds. Dan Falvy and Charles Johnson were arrested and held on cash bonds after a cap and watch details tied them to pickpocketing on a streetcar and near the circus grounds. Police said Johnson wore a gray cap and carried a gold monogram watch. both men deny full involvement.
