Ex-Congressman W. H. Herndon of Tye Texas died in Albuquerque New Mexico while en route from Los Angeles for health reasons. He suffered a severe pneumonia attack about three months earlier and never fully recovered. Heart failure was the immediate cause of death.

Omaha Oct 12. Thomas W Murray once a millionaire from dealing in second-hand goods died in a shack in southern Omaha early today. Much of his fortune was lost in real estate. He left one known relative, a nephew, in Colorado.
