General counsel anticipated Monday that the October apportionment sheet carrying 11812 for additional grammar grade and birth school teachers will pass through council and the board of education. Seattle October 3 The Inez Talthi reports details of the encounter with the German auxiliary cruiser Prinz Alice. The German vessel, armed with four 6 inch guns and six 17 inch guns, lost its top of the smokestack and main mast was cut off. hull holes and torn stern noted. It headed for Cebu island and ran aground. The British ship did not pursue within three miles.
