Baltimore November 9 The Manufacturers Record commends Atlanta planning to host a southern exposition in 1910. The piece argues such an event would unite the region and nation, celebrate industrial progress in cotton, coal, and manufacturing, and propel the South toward world prominence.
Dramatic reports from Kronstadt tell of a sailor mutiny spreading to garrisons and workers, with machine guns firing and streets flooded with blood.
