At a regular meeting of the S W D society an uplift group for young men Emma Neal Douglas was elected Most Grand Counsel. J T Rose of Atlanta Steel Works was named counsel for the organization. The club met on the Wesley Memorial building’s fourth floor with about forty members present. A dramatic coach will be secured to stage a Made in Atlanta musical production written by Atlanta talent.

City Officials Take Heat From Commissioner Winn Over Regrading
Commissioner Winn and county board members criticized city leaders at a Wednesday meeting for the Whitehall Street regrading project.
