Crystal Gazer Found Guilty of Murder in Chicago
Mrs. Louise Lindloff a spiritualist and crystal gazer was convicted of murder by a jury in Judge Windses court for poisoning her 18 year old son Arthur. The sentence was set at twenty five years in the penitentiary as she collapsed in an ante room and cried out that justice is not served.

Nashville Tennessee reports the reservoir on a high hill broke this morning after noon. Water roared down Eighth avenue into Lynwood flooding homes and sweeping residents from their houses. Railroad Man Killed in Coast Line Yards
The mangled body of James A. Cox, freight depot clerk for the Atlantic Coast Line, was found in the Tifton coast line yards Saturday night by a switch engine crew. Last seen at 9 o'clock, he likely was killed by the engine and had been dead an hour or more. Interment will be in Cordele. Cox had been in Tifton since January, coming from Cordele. He leaves a wife, two children, and a brother J L Cox, also a railroad man, with roots in Arabi where a brother practiced medicine.
